Why do you run: Started because of my son but now because of all the wonderful people I run with.

  

Running goals for 2019: Run 1500km for the year. Do 2 half marathons.

Why do you Run: For fitness and friendship.

Running goals for 2019: Run 20kms a week, stay injury free and improve my times for 8km and 10km.

Favourite Race Distance: I think 5kms is probably the realistic number

Why do you Run: as I sit a lot in front of the sewing machine I need to counteract the sedentary with physical exercise.

Why do you Run: Fitness, friendship and stress relief.

Running goals for 2019: Was to run 1500km for the year but only have 33km to go.
